Ensure that dust, dirt and foreign matter are brushed from the surface. Cracks and surface defects should be made good prior to use of Rans®Guard-2K. Dusting and porous substrates should be treated with Penetrating Primer.
Mixing:
Rans®Guard-2K is supplied as powder (Part A) and liquid (Part B). Add the powder to the liquid and mix using a power agitator or electric drill with mixing paddle attachment
Application and Cleaning of Tools
Dampen surface with water and apply Rans®Guard-2K by brush, roller or trowel. An average cover of 1-2 mm is recommended (2 kg/m2/mm). Tools may be cleaned with water, ensure this is done within one hour of mixing of materials.

- Surface Preparation: The application surface must be dean and free from dust grease and loose particles. Surface may be damp but not saturated. Prime the prepared surface using Rans®Crete-SBR30 primer (1 part Rans®Crete-SBR30 and 2 parts Water) with brush, roller or spray.
- Method of Application: After the primer coat is completely dried apply the Treatment. Mix Rans®Crete-SBR30 with Portland cement in the ratio of 1 part Rans®Crete-SBR30 1/2 parts water 3 part portland Cement using slow speed mixer. Material should be preferably mixed in small quantities to avoid wastage. Minimum 2-3 coats of Rans®Crete-SBR30 are recommended depending on the nature of the surface.

Surface Preparation
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, algae, or loose material.
Repair cracks or damaged areas before coating.
Application
1. Stir Rans®Coat-Clear well before use.
2. Apply the first coat using a brush or roller evenly over the surface.
3. Allow it to dry for 1–2 hours (depending on temperature).
4. Apply the second coat for best waterproofing and gloss finish.
5. Let it cure properly before exposing the surface to water.

Rans®Thane-BLK is a single component; liquid applied hybrid Polyurethane modified bituminous elastomeric waterproof coating. Due to its excellent flexibility and thixotropic nature it is an ideal product for vertical and horizontal surfaces. Rans®Thane-BLK when applied on a surface, gives a continuous monolithic film which is rubbery and elastic in nature. The film is self-curing and cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture. It is a single component, anti-fungal, antibacterial, pollution free waterproof coating. Because of high solids, provides excellent and durable waterproof coating. Rans®Thane-BLK is UV stable heat reducer in nature, it can be left exposed if use in Aluminium/White Colour. It conforms to ASTM C-836 and application done conforming to C-898.

Surface Preparation:
The surface shall be cleaned thoroughly of all contaminants like dust, traces of curing compound, oil and grease. All surface imperfections and protrusions shall be removed and repaired with 'V' grooves filling and sealed with Rans®Bitu-Seal/Rans®Poly-Seal/Rans®Pu-Seal, Structurally unsound and friable concrete must be removed and repaired with a suitable RANSCRETE-AP concrete repair mortar.

Rans®Guard-2K Flex is a liquid-applied two pack highly flexible waterproof coating which requires only simple site mixing prior to application. It is simple to apply by brush, roller or trowel and once dry it forms a strong flexible waterproof coating. It is an effective barrier to water and inhibits the passage of salts and CO2 gas.

Preparation of Surface:
Ensure that dust, dirt and foreign matter are brushed from the surface. Cracks and surface defects should be made good prior to use of Rans®Guard-2K Flex. Dusting and porous substrates should be treated with Penetrating Primer.
Mixing:
Rans®Guard-2K Flex is supplied as powder (Part A) and liquid (Part B). Add the powder to the liquid and mix using a power agitator or electric drill with mixing paddle attachment
Application and Cleaning of Tools
Dampen surface with water and apply Rans®Guard-2K Flex by brush, roller or trowel. An average cover of 1-2 mm is recommended (2 kg/m2/mm). Tools may be cleaned with water, ensure this is done within one hour of mixing of materials.
Health & Safety: Avoid prolonged contact with eyes and skin. For detailed information refer to relevant material safety data sheet.

Rans®Kryst-Coat is a single component unique reactive chemical treatment for the waterproofing, protection and repair of concrete. Rans®Kryst-Coat consists of Portland cement, finely graded sand and active proprietary chemicals. The active chemicals diffuse into the substrate and react with moisture and the constituents of hardened concrete to cause a catalytic reaction. This reaction generates a non-soluble crystalline formation throughout the pores and capillary tracts of the concrete, as well as cracks, permanently sealing the concrete and preventing the penetration of water and other liquids from any direction.
